These tours involve a lot of hiking and are geared for the physically fit. They are not recommended for children or people with limited mobility. Float planes depart from Beluga Lake at 8am and return by 7-8pm. The scenic ride across Cook Inlet takes about an hour ½ then you land on the river and hike about a mile, seeing bears everywhere! Bring bug spray, rain gear, lunch snacks beverages, camera, binoculars and warm clothes.
